t;6) 9) My Powerbook G4 screen is bust - I'm in Birmingham, the screen shows nothing other than a bluish blur. The computer works fine when attached to a monitor; the problem seems to lie solely with the screen (I think its the 15" size). Is it possible for you to fit a replacement screen and if so, how much would it cost for this job? 
7) Do you repair iMacs? At home I have a 17” G5 iMac which has just died (bought late 2004, no iSight camera). On start up the note sounds, the grey screen with the logo appears and the cog spins. But the screen flashes intermittently with pink hatched lines and while all the right hardware whirring sounds seem to be coming from the inside, the cog freezes and computer does nothing more.  Need a call out in Birmingham.

8) Hello, I've been looking on your website and I need a new Superdrive rather urgently, I have a 15 inch Macbook Pro but it is pre-unibody (one of the ones with the silver keys NOT black) and I just wanted to make sure that the Superdrive on your website would be the right one for me. 9) I have a macbook air first generation. in Oldbury The keyboard and mouse are not working, the only button that works is the power button. I have replaced the upper case, thinking it would solve the problem, but it didn't.

10) Hi the power port where you plug the adaptor into the mac to charge is not working properly and only allows me to turn the mac on sometimes.

11) i have a problem with my mac g4. Basicly, it was on a stand by mode for a couple of days, a computer itself is around 5 years old.It is turned on and then it turns off by itself when i switch it on... so i can't use it. what else is wrong, maybe, i do not know.I'd appreciate if you call me back and hopefully be able to repair it. I can come into Birmingham town centre. 

12) Problem: will not start and get either three consecutive flashes of the power lamp or sometimes one flash every 5 seconds. Nothing at all on screen - sometimes all the fans start up. If I bring this computer to you in October, the next time I am in the UK (son in Pencaitland), will you be able to fix within, say, 10 days? Have you any hints as to how I might try to rectify this fault myself, in the interim.

13) My iBook G4 has lost one of its rubber feet. Can you tell me if you stock replacement feet. If so how much are they?I need to purchase a lacie external drives (the ones with the orange cover around it) 500gb, Can't find a place around here that sells it.

14) hardware macbook (black) - late 2006, 2ghz, 3gb ram, 120gb hdd, running snow leopard 10.6.4 western digital mybook external hdd - 1tb, journaled for mac. i am based in heaton and hopefully you can help with an issue i am currently having with my macbook and external hard drive. the hard drive has been working fine for 18 months, but i've recently upgraded to the latest snow leopard upgrade, including the itunes 9.2 upgrade. since then, my external hdd has decided to not play ball anymore. the hdd went into a read only state, and would not give permission to read/write even after inputting my admin password. now the hdd is not powering up (the disk is spinning, but the computer isn't recognising it).hopefully you may be able to assist, look forward to hearing from you.
